The Role

As a Sales Development Representative at Summize your aim is to build a strong and consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory. Using your sound knowledge of our company and business offering, you will research potential sales opportunities, and conduct high-quality conversations with prospects through the phone (cold calling), email and LinkedIn Sales Nav. You will track and qualify both inbound and outbound leads within our CRM system. This is a target-based role, meeting daily KPIs, and booking meetings with prospects. You will collaborate with the Account Executives and strive towards meeting team sales targets.

Role Responsibilities

  • Build a strong, consistent stream of high-quality new business pipeline within your assigned territory
  • Consistent and accurate use of the Sales toolkit including the CRM system to track and qualify inbound and outbound leads
  • Meet daily KPI’s and book in meetings with prospects
  • Conduct high quality conversations with prospects through various channels including phone calls, emails and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Collaborate with the Account Executives and continuously strive towards meeting team sales targets

What we’re looking for

  • You will ideally have some previous sales experience ideally with a focus on tech.
  • You will have excellent communication skills as well relationship building abilities and an ability to be able to explain complex topics simply and concisely
  • Motivated in a target driven environment with a determination to succeed
  • Can demonstrate a positive outlook, resilience and the ability to motivate themselves and those around them.
