Summit is a leading digital marketing agency who specialise in online retailing, and we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Account Manager to join us on a hybrid basis (2 days in our fantastic office) located near the beautiful Fruit Market and Marina area of Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire.
We offer flexible start and finish times as well as having every other Friday off. We trust our people to work flexibly around their lifestyle and family arrangements. Summiteers are asked to attend our office in the C4DI complex in Hull, Fruit Market 2 days per week, the rest of the week can be done from home. For the right candidate, we may also consider greater flexibility around office time.
As the Senior Account Manager, you will be joining the Productcaster team and be responsible for assisting and supporting in the ongoing maintenance and growth of our Enterprise clients. You will attend to client challenges, queries, questions and drive positive change in process and performance. You will focus on evolving client relationships into long-term profitable partnerships, that commercially benefit both the client and Productcaster. You will be targeted with growing monthly recurring revenues via our enterprise clients.
About the Role:
- Thinking strategically and tactically to drive stronger client partnerships, encouraging a broader adoption of the Productcaster product portfolio, and driving growth in monthly recurring revenues from existing enterprise clients.
- Generating existing client growth opportunities through coordinated and consultative relationship building.
- Leading, co-ordinating and triaging the day-to-day client challenges in a timely fashion, communicating progress frequently and effectively, through to resolution.
- Continuous management of “inbound” client opportunities. Responding to them, nurturing them, and developing them.
- Weekly reporting to senior management on progress.
- Providing monthly reports, with analysis on Productcaster performance, informing senior management of key movements / areas of concern and recommending ways to improve.
- Measuring Productcaster client satisfaction and seeking ways to develop client engagement to help improve churn metrics.
- Providing support to senior management in pitch processes, for both PC and Marketing Services prospects.
- General support of the Productcaster sales programme, in new growth opportunities, new industries, partners or territories.
