We’re supporting a leading property management firm in recruiting a Senior Property Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of flats and houses for one of their institutional investors. This is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level, working across a Single Family Housing portfolio with the support of a dedicated national Build to Rent team. You’ll be hands-on in maintaining high-quality homes, building strong professional relationships, and contributing to thriving communities.

Role Overview: As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing AST tenancies and some small blocks, joining a team of 10 within a busy Sales and Lettings office in York.
