The Opportunity

We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing property business operating in the house cash buying space. This is not a traditional estate agency role - it's a high-performance, consultative sales position for someone who understands urgency, builds trust under pressure, and knows how to close. Based in Leeds, you'll be working with motivated sellers who want a fast, certain sale. Your job is to guide them through the process, build genuine rapport, and convert inbound leads into agreed purchases. With a strong basic and a commission structure that can take high performers well beyond £60k, this is a serious opportunity for a serious salesperson.

The Role

  • You'll be handling warm, inbound enquiries from homeowners looking to sell quickly - no cold calling, no farming for listings. Every lead comes to you.
  • From there, it's about building confidence, understanding the seller's situation, presenting offers clearly, and managing the process through to a swift completion.
  • You'll need to be comfortable having honest conversations, managing expectations, and keeping deals alive when they get complicated.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing inbound leads and making prompt, professional contact with prospective sellers
  • Conducting property valuations and presenting cash offers in line with company criteria
  • Building strong relationships with vendors to understand their motivation and timeframe
  • Negotiating purchase prices and terms to achieve the best outcome for both parties
  • Progressing agreed purchases through to legal completion, liaising with solicitors and internal teams
  • Maintaining accurate pipeline records and updating the CRM throughout
  • Hitting individual and team targets for conversions, completions, and revenue
  • Identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates and sharing best practice across the team

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record in a target-driven sales role - property experience is a strong advantage but not the only route in
  • Confident, credible communicator who can hold difficult conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong negotiator - comfortable presenting below-market offers and handling pushback
  • Self-motivated and results-focused with a genuine hunger to earn
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage a busy pipeline without letting things slip
  • Full UK driving licence preferred

What's on Offer

  • £28,000 – £30,000 basic salary dependent on experience
  • Uncapped commission - realistic OTE of £60,000+ for strong performers
  • Warm inbound leads provided - no cold calling
  • Monday to Friday with some flexibility required around completions
  • A high-growth business with a clear trajectory and genuine progression opportunities
  • Supportive team environment with structured onboarding and ongoing training

If you've got the drive and the commercial instinct to thrive in this kind of role, we'd love to hear from you. Send us your CV and we'll be in touch to talk through the opportunity in more detail.
