We're looking for an exceptional Lettings Manager to lead and grow our residential lettings operation across the Leeds and York markets. This is a high-earning, high-impact role with a clear pathway to director level for the right person. What's on offer:
- Basic salary - £35,000
- Car allowance - £3,000
- OTE year 1 - £100,000+
- Plus uncapped commission, profit share, and a genuine route to director-level.
The role:
- Lead the day-to-day lettings operation across the Leeds/York patch
- Build and manage a high-performing team, driving activity and conversion
- Develop landlord relationships and grow the managed portfolio
- Set and hit ambitious targets across new instructions, lets agreed, and revenue
- Ensure compliance, quality, and an exceptional client experience throughout
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience in residential lettings, ideally at senior negotiator or manager level
- A strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
- Natural leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team
- Deep knowledge of the Yorkshire lettings market (desirable)
- Full UK driving licence
