We’re partnering with a modern, fast-growing property law firm in Leeds that’s looking to add an experienced Conveyancer to its high-performing residential property team. The Role

You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supported by an experienced admin and compliance team. The work is varied, high-quality, and comes from strong referral partnerships and repeat business. Matters will include:

  • Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
  • Remortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • New build transactions
  • Shared ownership matters
  • Buy-to-let transactions

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
  • Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
  • Excellent client communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earner considered
