The Role
You’ll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, supported by an experienced admin and compliance team. The work is varied, high-quality, and comes from strong referral partnerships and repeat business.
Matters will include:
- Freehold & leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of equity
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Buy-to-let transactions
What You’ll Need
- Minimum 2 years’ experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong understanding of the full conveyancing process
- Excellent client communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced non-qualified fee earner considered
