A well-established commercial property firm in Leeds is looking for a Commercial Property Manager to join their growing team.
This isn't a role for a graduate fresh out of university, but you don't need to be a seasoned expert either – full training will be provided. If you've got some property or lettings experience under your belt and want to specialise in commercial, this is a great next step.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a portfolio of commercial properties, handling day-to-day landlord and tenant queries
- Overseeing lease events, rent reviews, and service charge administration
- Coordinating repairs, maintenance, and compliance across the portfolio
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
What they're looking for:
- Some background in property management, lettings, or a related field
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach
- Confident communicator, comfortable dealing with clients directly
- Full UK driving licence
