We're recruiting for a well established property business managing a growing portfolio of single family homes across Yorkshire. Due to continued growth they're looking for a Property Manager to join their York office on a hybrid basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants ownership of their own portfolio and the backing of a genuinely supportive team, working for a business that manages homes the right way rather than just chasing numbers.
The role
- Managing a portfolio of single family rental properties across Yorkshire (120 units - some mixed use)
- Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
- Overseeing property inspections, maintenance and compliance
- Managing move-ins, move-outs and renewals
- Handling day to day queries and resolving issues quickly and professionally
- Working closely with the wider team to keep the portfolio running smoothly
