Start your journey with National Express and train to become a fully qualified Coach Driver. If you hold a full UK manual car licence, we’ll provide all the training you need to gain your PCV licence – worth over £3,000 – and prepare you for a rewarding career connecting passengers across our network.

Our current pay rate: £15.88 per hour basic pay. Additional allowances include:

  • Hours worked over the contracted hours threshold receive an additional 10%.
  • Unsociable hours (where applicable).
  • Paid Breaks.

Location: Bournemouth

Operational Hours: Guaranteed 40 hours per week, plus overtime opportunities. Shifts will cover 24 hours, although there would be a rare expectation to stop out overnight.

Schedule: 5-on-3-off shift pattern, with some variation. The rota consists of early, middle and late shifts.

What you’ll need…

  • Full UK manual car licence held for 12 months minimum (Category B).
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Minimum age: 21.
  • Ability to handle passenger luggage.
