An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Transaction Manager to join a leading automotive dealership representing a well-known vehicle brand. This is a fantastic chance for someone passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading a successful sales team. The Role: As Transaction Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching the sales team, and ensuring a high standard of finance and insurance compliance. This role offers a blend of leadership, customer interaction, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of the sales process. Key Responsibilities: * Present finance and insurance products aligned to customer needs. * Coach and support sales team to increase finance and insurance referrals. * Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports. * Ensure all FCA and compliance requirements are met. * Perform Duty Manager responsibilities as required. * Oversee and prepare vehicle handovers and follow up on leads. * Maintain showroom standards and engage with walk-in customers. What We’re Looking For: * Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales. * Prior experience as a Transaction Manager or similar leadership role. * Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams. * Strong compliance and process-driven mindset. * Confident with computer systems and reporting tools. * Full UK Driving Licence. * Willingness to undertake a Basic DBS and financial background check.
