Role: As Transaction Manager, you ll be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching the sales team, and ensuring a high standard of finance and insurance compliance.
This role offers a blend of leadership, customer interaction, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of the sales process.
Key
Responsibilities: * Present finance and insurance products aligned to customer needs. * Coach and support sales team to increase finance and insurance referrals. * Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports. * Ensure all FCA and compliance requirements are met. * Perform Duty Manager responsibilities as required. * Oversee and prepare vehicle handovers and follow up on leads. * Maintain showroom standards and engage with walk-in customers.
