We are looking for a driven, commercially minded Sales Manager to lead, motivate and grow our established sales team. If you thrive in a fast paced, target led environment and know how to get the best out of people, this is the role where you’ll make a real impact.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of 10-12 outbound sales staff, with plans to grow to around 15
  • Managing a mix of office based and home based team members
  • Creating a high energy, performance driven environment where people are supported but also held accountable
  • Driving outbound activity, conversions and revenue across the team
  • Coaching individuals to improve call quality, resilience, objection handling and deal closing
  • Working closely with senior leadership to shape team structure, performance strategy and growth plans

Must Haves:

  • Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team
  • Ability to build a culture where people perform, progress and enjoy coming to work
  • Entrepreneurial mindset motivated by money, targets and winning deals
  • A tough but fair leadership style: supportive, approachable, but not soft
  • Someone who understands that sales is about activity, consistency and results
  • Commercially astute

Nice to Have:

  • Background in telephone based sales
