The Role

You’ll manage compliance and administration for the external workforce — processing new worker requests, checking documentation, ensuring IR35 compliance, issuing NDAs, updating records, and supporting HR, IT and Procurement with onboarding and access.

What You’ll Do

  • Process worker requests and update systems
  • Support IR35 compliance
  • Coordinate onboarding with HR and IT
  • Issue NDAs and maintain accurate records
  • Produce weekly reports and monthly audits
  • Handle queries from managers and agencies
