The Role
You’ll manage compliance and administration for the external workforce — processing new worker requests, checking documentation, ensuring IR35 compliance, issuing NDAs, updating records, and supporting HR, IT and Procurement with onboarding and access.
What You’ll Do
- Process worker requests and update systems
- Support IR35 compliance
- Coordinate onboarding with HR and IT
- Issue NDAs and maintain accurate records
- Produce weekly reports and monthly audits
- Handle queries from managers and agencies
What You’ll Need
- Strong admin experience
- Good Microsoft Office skills
