What you’ll be doing
- Supporting multiple projects by collecting, organising and presenting technical information.
- Creating accurate project trackers and exporting data.
- Gathering information from various internal and external sources.
- Organising project folders and keeping documentation up to date.
- Preparing clear, well-structured documents and reports.
- Handling calls and emails from clients and project contacts.
- Prioritising workload to meet deadlines and managing your own daily tasks.
- Arranging site visits and attending project meetings.
- Managing assigned projects from initial setup through to final handover.
- Working independently while collaborating effectively with the wider team.
What you’ll bring
- Strong administration skills with an assertive, self-motivated approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Confidence working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience within an administrative environment.
