What you'll be doing:

  • Leading, motivating and developing a team of 10-12 outbound sales staff, with plans to grow to around 15.
  • Managing a mix of office‑based and home‑based team members.
  • Creating a high‑energy, performance‑driven environment where people are supported but also held accountable.
  • Driving outbound activity, conversions and revenue across the team.
  • Coaching individuals to improve call quality, resilience, objection handling and deal‑closing.
  • Working closely with senior leadership to shape team structure, performance strategy and growth plans.

Must‑Haves:

  • Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team.
  • Ability to build a culture where people perform, progress and enjoy coming to work.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset - motivated by money, targets and winning deals.
