Working closely with Sustainability Analysts, Coordinators and the wider business, you’ll help shape operational carbon reporting processes, support compliance requirements, and contribute to meaningful environmental impact across the organisation. The Role As part of the Operational Sustainability team, you’ll assist with calculating and reporting operational carbon data, including Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions across Scopes 1–3, SECR reporting, and site‑level operational data. You’ll help maintain accurate datasets, support audit preparation, and contribute to decarbonisation initiatives across the business. This is an excellent opportunity to develop specialist expertise in carbon reporting, GHG Protocol, ISO 14064‑1 and UK sustainability frameworks — all within a fast‑paced, progressive environment. Key Responsibilities * Measure, analyse and report operational carbon footprint data (Scopes 1–3). * Support ISO 14064‑1 audit preparation and evidence gathering. * Assist with SECR, ESOS and forward‑looking SBTi data collection. * Maintain accurate emission factors in line with DEFRA/BEIS updates. * Support operational reporting requirements across internal and external teams. * Contribute to decarbonisation scheme processes and wider group reporting. * Liaise with suppliers and the supply chain to collect Scope 3 emissions data. * Ensure data accuracy, quality and appropriate evidence for reporting. * Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and efficiency. * Generate ideas to help reduce carbon emissions across operations and sites. * Stay up to date with UK sustainability standards, innovations and best practice. * Work collaboratively with other departments to improve sustainability data capture. * Support delivery of Sustainability KPIs and carbon reduction targets.
