You’ll be organised, detail-focused and comfortable explaining products in a simple, friendly way. CeMAP qualification is a bonus, but we’re equally happy to support someone who is motivated to learn and progress. A background in customer service, sales or financial administration is helpful, but attitude, professionalism and willingness to grow are what matter most.
