An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Sales Manager to join a leading automotive dealership representing a well-known vehicle brand.

The Role
As the Finance Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, coaching the sales team, and ensuring a high standard of finance and insurance compliance.
This role offers a blend of leadership, customer interaction, and hands-on involvement in all aspects of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Present finance and insurance products aligned to customer needs.
- Coach and support sales team to increase finance and insurance referrals.
- Monitor sales performance and produce regular reports.
- Ensure all FCA and compliance requirements are met.
- Perform Duty Manager responsibilities as required.
- Oversee and prepare vehicle handovers and follow up on leads.
- Maintain showroom standards and engage with walk-in customers.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in finance sales of some description.
- Prior experience as a Finance Sales Manager or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving targets and managing teams.
- Strong compliance and process-driven mindset.
- Confident with computer systems and reporting tools.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to undertake a Basic DBS and financial background check.
