The Role
As an Intermediate Estimator, you'll support a wide range of residential and commercial projects, producing accurate take‐offs, bills of quantities, cost plans, and tenders. You'll work closely with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, playing a key role in the tendering process from enquiry through to contract award.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Setting up estimation files and organising project documentation.
