We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Campaign Coordinator to join the marketing team of a leading Northampton company. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery and implementation of impactful campaigns and initiatives that promote a strong company culture across the organisation.
As a Marketing Campaign Coordinator, you will collaborate with various internal teams to raise awareness and effect positive change in employee engagement, health, safety, and wellbeing. Some travel to company sites will be required to provide support to teams and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop signage, content, videos, and materials across different media formats to support marketing campaigns.
- Create internal and external communications, including newsletters, briefings, presentations, and social media posts.
- Support content development for case studies, presentations, and internal communications.
- Assist in organising company events such as staff forums and conferences.
- Maintain internal and external website pages to ensure content is up-to-date and relevant.
- Coordinate signage updates and manage queries from different sites.
- Engage teams and stakeholders with marketing initiatives to drive awareness and participation.
- Ensure consistent implementation of marketing materials and signage.
- Induct new staff members on the company’s values and culture.
- Manage updates to internal guidelines and issue them to relevant stakeholders.
- Support the integration of new technology into internal communications.
- Manage the budget for areas of responsibility.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience in coordinating marketing campaigns and measuring impact.
- Experience delivering impactful employee engagement and communications initiatives.
- Background in a communications or marketing role is beneficial.
- Knowledge of behavioural or cultural change initiatives is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, and MailChimp is desirable.
