We’re looking for an experienced HSEQ Manager to join a busy manufacturing environment and lead all aspects of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management. If you’re passionate about driving high standards, improving processes, and promoting a positive safety culture, this could be a great next step.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of HSEQ across the site, ensuring compliance, improving systems, and supporting teams day-to-day. Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining H&S policies and procedures
- Leading risk assessments, investigations, and ensuring legal compliance
- Driving environmental initiatives and managing waste/emissions compliance
- Overseeing ISO 9001 QMS, audits, NCRs and CAPAs
- Managing VCA documentation, audits, and internal training
- Promoting a strong HSEQ culture and delivering staff training
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven HSEQ experience within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001)
- Experience with audits, investigations, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
Desirable: modular/construction manufacturing experience, CSP accreditation, CI background.
