Location: [Moulton Park] Northampton Overview: A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join a busy and professional finance team. This is an ideal role for someone with solid administrative experience who is looking to further their career within finance. Key Responsibilities: * Review employee expense claims to ensure compliance with policy and VAT rules * Ensure timely processing of expense claims * Assist in managing expense master data * Support in preparing reports on expense spend * Perform general administrative duties (e.g., post distribution, handling calls, data entry) * Provide support to the Finance Supervisor across various areas such as sales ledger, inter-company billing, employee accommodation, etc. * Contribute to wider finance team projects and initiatives as needed Key Skills and Experience: * Previous experience in an administrative role * Strong data entry and communication skills * Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word) Desirable (but not essential): * Experience in processing expense claims * Previous exposure to finance environments Benefits: * Competitive salary + bonus * 26 days annual leave + all public holidays * Pension scheme * Excellent benefits package Application: If you are a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for finance administration, we would love to hear from you
