My very professional, friendly, and successful client have a large and consistent customer base, alongside the continued development of existing clients. This highly professional company has created an additional 2 roles for client account managers to assist with the relationship building, orders and upselling of products and services. This is a terrific opportunity to join and assist with the company\’s next stage of growth at the same time providing you with the opportunity to develop your consultative relationship management skills. The Client Account Manager\’s responsibilities will be: * Sales of products and services * Generating quotations * Delivering excellent customer service * Taking and processing orders from current clients * Supporting the external sales team * Growing the business by upselling and cross-selling To help you succeed our client will provide: * In-house training in specialist sectors to develop and extend your knowledge * A ready-made client portfolio of customer contacts to service and develop * General support and progress updates * Structured admin resources such as CRM tools Experience required: * Customer focussed track record * Capable of analysis and problem solving * Experience in a tangible product-based industry an advantage * Excellent IT skills * Team player with proactive, confident and assertive communication ability In return for your hard work, our client offers: * Starting basic salary between £26,000 – £29,000K + excellent bonus and commission * Excellent pension scheme & private healthcare * 25 days + bank holidays annual holiday entitlement * Excellent career progression If you have a proven track record in a customer service or sales motivated environment, your own transport and the desire to develop your skills to the highest level please press apply
