The Role
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers during servicing and repairs
- Communicating clearly with customers and the workshop
- Explaining repair work and recommendations in a friendly, easy-to-understand way
- Promoting relevant services and products
- Maintaining accurate records and following processes
- Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the Aftersales department
