The Role
You’ll join a supportive, growing financial services team as a Junior Finance Advisor, helping customers choose the right financial insurance products and protection solutions. This role suits someone who is confident speaking with customers, enjoys learning, and wants to build a long-term career in financial advice and sales.
You’ll receive full training, ongoing development and the opportunity to progress into a fully qualified advisor role. CeMAP is beneficial but not essential — the right attitude, communication skills and willingness to learn are what matter most.
Key Responsibilities
- Speak with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable financial insurance products
- Provide clear, accurate and compliant information to help clients make informed decisions
- Support senior advisors with case preparation, documentation and follow-up
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all advice meets regulatory standards
- Build strong relationships with customers through trust, clarity and excellent service
- Work towards achieving relevant financial qualifications (CeMAP supported)
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products where appropriate
- Handle inbound enquiries and proactively follow up leads
- Support the wider team with administrative and customer-service tasks
Ideal Candidate Profile
You’ll be a confident communicator with a genuine interest in financial services and helping customers make the right choices. You’ll be organised, detail-focused and comfortable explaining products in a simple, friendly way. CeMAP qualification is a bonus, but we’re equally happy to support someone who is motivated to learn and progress. A background in customer service, sales or financial administration is helpful, but attitude, professionalism and willingness to grow are what matter most.
