The Role
You’ll lead Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality management across a busy manufacturing site, ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and maintaining H&S policies
- Leading risk assessments, investigations, and ensuring legal compliance
- Driving environmental initiatives and managing waste/emissions compliance
- Maintaining and improving the ISO 9001 QMS, NCRs and CAPAs
- Managing VCA documentation, audits, and internal training
- Promoting a positive HSEQ culture and delivering staff training
About You
You’ll bring:
- Proven HSEQ experience within manufacturing or industrial settings
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9001
- Experience with audits, investigations, and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- NEBOSH or equivalent qualification
