Summit Rec2Rec is partnered with an outstanding GTM specialist recruitment firm with offices in Surrey, Manchester, and the US, seeking experienced delivery recruiters and ambitious graduates to join their growing teams.
This is a pure 180 delivery role with zero business development responsibility. The business operates a highly successful headhunting model, offering a sliding scale commission structure with no splits and no threshold, allowing consultants to maximise their earning potential.
They are focused on building high-performing commercial and revenue teams for technology businesses — particularly VC-backed SaaS organisations. They partner with heavily funded scale-ups that receive significant investment and need to rapidly build out their GTM functions.
Location Requirement: Candidates must be able to commute to Surrey and be onsite four days per week (Fridays WFH)
