This is a pure 180 delivery role with zero business development responsibility. The business operates a highly successful headhunting model, offering a sliding scale commission structure with no splits and no threshold, allowing consultants to maximise their earning potential.
They are focused on building high-performing commercial and revenue teams for technology businesses — particularly VC-backed SaaS organisations. Candidates must be able to commute to Surrey and be onsite four days per week (Fridays WFH).
