Summit Rec2Rec is partnered with a high-growth consultancy and talent solutions business looking to hire a Practice Lead within their Adaptive Teams division, specifically focused on Banking, Financial Services, and Payments.
This is a senior commercial leadership opportunity suited to individuals coming from a traditional consulting background, particularly those with experience from firms such as Capco, PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG, or similar environments at Manager through to Director level.
The business partners with enterprise organisations across banking, payments, fintech, and wider financial services, helping them build specialist transformation teams and deliver large-scale programmes through flexible consulting and talent solutions.
This role is far more than a traditional recruitment position — it requires someone commercially credible who understands the consulting landscape, can operate strategically with senior stakeholders, and is capable of leading client relationships within complex transformation environments.
The ideal profile will have strong exposure to:

Key responsibilities:
- Leading and growing the Banking & Financial Services practice within the Adaptive Teams division

- Advising clients on workforce strategy, project delivery, and specialist team buildouts
