The Opportunity

Summit Rec2Rec is partnering with a high-performing executive search firm specialising in senior legal hires across global markets. This is an opportunity to work on high-value, retained mandates with elite law firms, delivering strategic hiring solutions at Partner and leadership level. You will operate in a consultative, high-impact environment, working closely with senior stakeholders on complex, cross-border mandates that shape the growth of leading law firms.

The Role

  • Lead and deliver retained executive search mandates from brief through to placement
  • Conduct detailed market mapping and competitor analysis across key legal markets
  • Advise clients on strategic hires, team moves, and practice build-outs
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders, including Partners and C-suite leadership
  • Identify and approach high-calibre, often off-market talent
  • Manage complex, multi-jurisdictional search processes

You will typically work across mandates such as Partner hires, team moves, and office launches, often spanning London, the US, and key European markets.

About You
