The Role
This is a pure candidate-sourcing role , no BD, no cold-calling, no account management. You'll:
- π Source and build relationships with freelance SAP consultants
- π Brief candidates clearly on live opportunities
- ποΈ Build and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline
- π€ Hand strong candidates to the sales team at the right moment
