This is an opportunity to join one of the most established and award-winning specialist recruitment groups operating in the UK's health, care, education and life sciences sectors. Backed by private equity investment and operating through a multi-brand structure, the group covers the full breadth of these sectors — from mid-senior permanent and interim healthcare appointments through to C-suite executive search, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and commercial healthcare hiring.

At present, the group is actively looking for experienced healthcare recruiters to join one of their top-performing and longest-established brands — the UK's largest dedicated recruitment offering to the independent health and social care markets by headcount.

The Brand You'd Be Joining

This brand is the premium contingent offering within the group, dedicated exclusively to the independent health, social care and children's services and education sectors. Responsible for facilitating close to 1,000 placements a year, the team deliver mid to senior level management and clinical appointments across four specialist divisions, with offices in Portsmouth and Manchester.

Consultants are split into dedicated regional teams — meaning you know your market, your clients and your candidates in genuine depth. Client visits are a regular part of the role. This is a business built on relationships, not volume.

The four specialist divisions are:

  • Healthcare — covering mid to senior management and clinical vacancies across private acute, consumer health, digital health, diagnostics, primary care, secondary care and community markets, spanning the whole of the UK. Sub-sectors include surgical hospitals, primary care, healthcare at home, dental, veterinary, cosmetics, physiotherapy and MSK, diagnostics, GP, pharmacy, ophthalmology and fertility.
  • Elderly Care — the longest-serving and most established team in the business, supporting nationwide recruitment of senior management within residential care, homecare, retirement living, nursing and clinical services.
  • Adult Care — placing senior leaders supporting adults over 18 and those living with disability, physical or mental illness, across home care, domiciliary care, day centres, residential care, mental health, addictions, complex care and neuro rehabilitation.
  • Children's Care and Education — facilitating the recruitment of senior leaders within children's residential settings, specialist education providers, fostering agencies and nurseries across the UK.
