The Opportunity
- You will join an established Financial Services division, working alongside experienced recruiters and sector specialists across a range of vertical markets:
- Build and develop relationships with Financial Services clients across Scotland and the wider UK
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
- Work on a mix of retained, contingent, and exclusive assignments
- Develop a specialist market and become a recognised expert within your niche
- Leverage an established client base alongside opportunities to generate new business
What We're Looking for
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience within Financial Services recruitment
- Experience recruiting into markets such as Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Risk, Compliance, Change, Operations, or FinTech
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
