This is not a traditional EA or office manager position. You will work closely with Partners to ensure client-facing deliverables are polished, consistent, and on-brand; coordinate complex diaries, travel, and scheduling. You'll also collaborate with the wider Business Support team to drive process improvements and bring a creative, solutions-oriented approach to how operational support is delivered at a senior level.

  • Managing complex internal and external calendars, scheduling, and international travel logistics
  • Supporting the production of high-quality client-facing materials including pitch decks, presentations, and search documentation
  • Collaborating with the wider Business Support team to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of all materials
  • Liaising with building management and ensuring the team is current on any operational policy updates

Background in a marketing, business support, or operations function — ideally within a professional services, financial services, or executive search environment.

Exposure to third-party platforms and productivity/content tools that support senior stakeholder operations (you don't need to be a designer — you need to know what good looks like and how to get there efficiently).
