As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer for our clients, you will be identifying and engaging top candidates for roles within the fintech sector. While experience in recruitment or fintech isn’t required, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset are essential. Full training is provided to help you build market knowledge and develop into a confident recruiter.
After your first year (perhaps sooner) of being successful in the candidate space, you will transition to working with clients. In this role of business development, you will be required to win new business and be in a position to consult and advise clients on their hiring processes.

- A recent graduate with a genuine passion for sport — whether that’s through competing at Men’s/Women’s 1st or 2nd Team level, being part of a university committee, or actively contributing to club culture and team success.
