What You'll Be Doing
- Building and growing a specialist desk within one of their six finance practice areas
- Partnering with senior hiring managers (CFOs, FDs, Heads of Finance) at FTSE-listed, Fortune 500 and PE-backed businesses
- Developing a long-term candidate network across the UK&I — and internationally as you progress
- Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: search, headhunt, brief, shortlist, offer, close
- Contributing to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture built on real relationships
