You'll join as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant in a pure delivery (180) role meaning zero business development. Instead, you'll focus on identifying and engaging top-tier talent within the technology market. The company operates a headhunting-led model (no job boards), partnering with high-growth, VC-backed SaaS businesses to build out their commercial and GTM teams.
