About the opportunity
Summit Rec2Rec is representing a range of clients across London and the UK who are actively looking to hire Graduate Recruitment Consultants. Our clients are ambitious, growing recruitment businesses — from boutique specialist firms to larger established players — all with one thing in common: they are looking for exceptional people who are ready to build a career in one of the most rewarding industries out there.
The role
As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant you will be working a full 360 desk — building and managing client relationships, headhunting and placing candidates, and driving your own billings from day one. You will be trained and developed by experienced consultants, but this is a performance environment and the expectation is clear: you are here to grow, to bill, and to be the best version of yourself professionally. Recruitment is not a 9-to-5. It is a career for people who want to accelerate — their earnings, their development, and their trajectory. Alongside a competitive base salary, you will be enrolled onto a commission structure from day one. The ceiling is entirely yours to determine.
What these roles demand
- Sharp — you think on your feet, read people well, and ask the right questions
- Resilient — rejection is part of the job; you take it, learn from it, and move forward
- Disciplined — you hold yourself accountable, hit your activity, and do not need to be chased
- Motivated by results — you are genuinely competitive and want to be the best in the room
- A high performer — whatever you have done before, you have done it at a high level and you can prove it
What our clients look for
The graduates who consistently stand out — both to us and to the clients we represent — combine strong academics with a demonstrable track record of high performance beyond the classroom. Whether that is competing at sport to a serious level, captaining a team, earning an athletic scholarship, holding leadership positions at university, or building something independently, our clients want to see evidence that you have always found a way to be exceptional at something. If you have been an athlete, a captain, a high achiever, or simply someone who has never settled for average — recruitment is an industry built for people like you.
What you can expect
- Competitive base salary with an uncapped commission structure from day one
- Structured onboarding and mentorship from experienced, billing consultants
- Fast-track progression based entirely on performance, not tenure
- A dynamic, high-energy environment where results are recognised and rewarded
The bottom line
Recruitment is not for everyone. But for the right person — sharp, resilient, focused, and hungry — it is one of the fastest ways to build both a career and serious earning potential. Our clients are ready to invest in the right graduates right now. Clients are actively interviewing, apply now to be considered for a first stage screening call with Summit's Founder.
