Our client is seeking ambitious and driven graduates to join their high-performing recruitment team, specialising in the German technology market across the DACH region (Germany, Austria and Switzerland). As a Graduate Recruitment Consultant, you will receive comprehensive training and mentorship while building relationships with leading technology businesses and exceptional talent. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates and developing client relationships to negotiating offers and closing deals.

Key responsibilities include:
