Summit Rec2Rec is partnered with a high-performing boutique legal executive search firm looking to hire Graduate Legal Recruitment Consultants to join their growing team. This opportunity is specifically aimed at graduates from 2024–2025 who have gained commercial experience since graduating. The business is not looking for 2026 graduates at this stage. Ideally, candidates will have studied Law, however graduates with strong commercial experience and a genuine interest in the legal market will also be considered.
The commercial experience can be either:
- Within a legal environment (paralegal, legal internship, legal operations etc.)
- Or within a broader commercial/client-facing environment that demonstrates professionalism, communication, and relationship-building ability.
