The Opportunity:
- You will join an established Financial Services division, working alongside experienced recruiters and sector specialists across a range of vertical markets.
- Build and develop relationships with Financial Services clients across Scotland and the wider UK.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement.
- Work on a mix of retained, contingent, and exclusive assignments.
- Develop a specialist market and become a recognised expert within your niche.
- Leverage an established client base alongside opportunities to generate new business.
What We're Looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience within Financial Services recruitment.
- Experience recruiting into markets such as Banking, Investments, Wealth Management, Asset Management, Risk, Compliance, Change, Operations, or FinTech.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach to business development.
