This is a high-growth executive search firm operating at the senior end of the market across Financial Services and Legal Services, with offices in London and New York. The business works with industry-leading clients on retained mandates at C‑Suite and Board level. It is a fast‑paced, high‑standard environment where the people around you take their work seriously.

This is not a traditional EA role. It is also not a purely strategic one. It sits deliberately in between — and that is what makes it interesting. You will work directly for the Co‑Founder and MD, who splits time between London and New York. Day to day you will be the central operational presence in the London office — the person with full visibility across live mandates, client relationships and internal priorities. You will be the connective tissue between the MD's agenda and the rest of the business.

On one side, you will handle the traditional executive support that a busy, internationally mobile founder needs: diary management, international travel, bookings, logistics and communications. On the other, you will be expected to think and act strategically — following up on client initiatives and commercial opportunities on the MD's behalf, taking and actioning minutes, collaborating with senior stakeholders, and ensuring that nothing important falls through the gaps when the MD is across time zones. The ambition is to grow this role over time. If you have the capability and the drive, there is a genuine opportunity to evolve into a more senior position as the business scales.

What You Will Do:

  • Manage the MD's diary, international travel, bookings and day‑to‑day logistics across London and New York.
  • Act as a central point of contact in the London office, maintaining full visibility across live client mandates and internal priorities.
  • Follow up on client initiatives and commercial opportunities on behalf of the MD, ensuring momentum is maintained between interactions.
  • Take minutes in senior meetings and own the follow‑through on actions and next steps.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders internally and externally to support the MD's agenda and goals.
  • Draft and manage correspondence, briefing documents and communications on behalf of the MD.
  • Support the smooth running of a fast‑moving, client‑facing executive search business.

Who You Are:

  • Degree Educated.
  • You have already worked at MD, Co-Founder or C‑Suite level — you understand what it means to support someone operating at that pace and pressure.
  • You have come from a corporate environment and are comfortable dealing with senior leadership teams, both internally and externally.
  • You are as comfortable thinking strategically as you are managing a complex travel itinerary — you do not see operational support as beneath you, and you do not see strategic thinking as above you.
  • You are discreet, dependable and proactive — the MD should rarely have to ask twice.
  • You thrive in fast‑paced environments where priorities shift, and you bring calm and clarity when they do.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills and can represent the MD professionally in any forum.

Why This Role:

  • Direct access to a Co‑Founder and MD — the learning and exposure at this level is genuinely rare this early in a career.
  • A business at an exciting point in its growth, with real international ambition.
  • The chance to grow with the role — this is not a static position.
  • A London base with international reach across New York and beyond.
  • An environment that rewards people who take initiative and operate above their pay grade.
