Unlike traditional recruitment firms, you'll focus solely on delivering outstanding talent while a dedicated business development team secures new client partnerships.
You’ll work closely with an established portfolio of clients, supporting their hiring across a range of business functions, including:
- Technology
- Marketing
- Customer Success
- Operations
This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with Founders, Directors and senior leadership teams, gaining exposure to high-growth businesses and playing a genuine role in shaping their growth.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and growth plans.
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment techniques.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial outreach through to offer stage.
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for a range of opportunities.
- Building talent pipelines across specialist Saa S markets.
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Working closely with experienced recruiters and leadership to develop your recruitment expertise.
