Our client partners with some of the UK's and Europe's fastest-growing Saa S start-ups, helping them build exceptional teams as they scale.
Unlike traditional recruitment firms, you'll focus solely on delivering outstanding talent while a dedicated business development team secures new client partnerships.
You’ll work closely with an established portfolio of clients, supporting their hiring across a range of business functions, including:
- Technology
- Marketing
- Customer Success
- Operations
This is a unique opportunity to build relationships with Founders, Directors and senior leadership teams, gaining exposure to high-growth businesses and playing a genuine role in shaping their growth.
- What You’ll Be Doing
- Partnering with clients to understand their hiring needs and growth plans.
- Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates using a variety of recruitment techniques.
- Managing the recruitment process from initial outreach through to offer stage.
- Conducting candidate interviews and assessing suitability for a range of opportunities.
- Building talent pipelines across specialist Saa S markets.
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Working closely with experienced recruiters and leadership to develop your recruitment expertise.

Comprehensive training and ongoing development will be provided, but you’ll also need the initiative to think independently and continuously develop your skills.

- Epsom, Surrey and requires five days per week in the office
. Applicants should live within a reasonable commuting distance.
