This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven recruiter with existing US market experience to take ownership of a desk from scratch, supported by an established brand, senior leadership, and an already-active (but underdeveloped) US client base. The culture is mature, collaborative, and output-driven. There is no micromanagement or “work hard, play hard” mentality—this is a business built on trust, professionalism, and performance. Flexibility is embedded into how they work, including hybrid working and a pragmatic approach to US hours.
The Role

- Leverage an existing base of US contacts and clients, while driving new business development
- Deliver retained and exclusive executive search mandates within the finance market

About You

- Strong new business development capability and confidence building a desk from scratch
- Comfortable operating independently with a “roll your sleeves up” mentality
- Commercially astute, resilient, and motivated by ownership and autonomy
- Experience in executive search or high-end recruitment is advantageous, but not essential
- Open to flexible working patterns and not reliant on working full US hours consistently
For the right person, base salary is designed around the individual. Up to 40% commission, paid monthly.
