We are looking for ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants, graduates, and career starters to join Summit's high-performing clients. We are seeking hardworking, driven, self-starting individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment — either as top performers, future leaders, or successful managers. No specific experience is required. Recruitment is a fast-paced, sales-driven career. While a background in sales can help, it is by no means essential. Trainee Consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds.
