The Role
Summit Rec2Rec works with a range of recruitment agencies across London and the UK, all of whom are actively hiring into their teams. We make introductions on behalf of our candidates; all interview preparation and coaching is provided.
Are you a driven and competitive graduate who excelled in sport at university level? Are you now ready to apply that same focus, resilience, and ambition to a fast-paced career in recruitment?
We’re looking for high-calibre individuals from leading redbrick universities who have competed at a high level in sport and are motivated to succeed in a high-performance environment. This role is suited to those who are eager to translate their teamwork, discipline, and strategic thinking skills into a rewarding career in recruitment.
You will first join as a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer where you will be identifying and engaging top candidates for roles within your specialist sector. While experience in recruitment isn’t required, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a team-first mindset are essential. Full training is provided to help you build market knowledge and develop into a confident recruiter.
After your first year (perhaps sooner) of being successful in the candidate space, you will transition to working with clients. In this role of business development, you will be required to win new business and be in a position to consult and advise clients on their hiring processes.
