We are looking for ambitious Trainee Recruitment Consultants, graduates, and career starters to join Summit's high-performing clients. We are seeking hardworking, driven, self-starting individuals who want to build a long-term career in recruitment — either as top performers, future leaders, or successful managers. If you’re frustrated by office politics, unfair commission schemes, slow progression, or simply looking for a fresh environment where you can truly thrive — it’s time to consider working in recruitment.

No specific experience is required. Recruitment is a fast-paced, sales-driven career. While a background in sales can help, it is by no means essential. Trainee Consultants come from a wide range of backgrounds, including recent graduates or equivalent (2026 Graduate will not be considered at present for an immediate start).
