Summit Rec2Rec is partnered with a range of agencies hiring into their London Graduate Recruitment 2026 Intake. All training is provided, the opportunity mirrors a 12-week mini graduate scheme, training you to become a recruiter in a specialist area (Legal, Finance, Tech, etc).

What does a recruiter do?

  • Business Development - Speaking to companies and winning roles
  • Candidate Sourcing β€” Headhunting, LinkedIn and networking
  • Process Management β€” Interviews, negotiation and closing offers
