This is a great opportunity to join a leading name within the general insurance industry who are looking for a Claims Team Leader on a 12 month fixed term contract. This is a non-technical role and you will be responsible for the day to day management of a small team of claims handlers (4). You will organise workflow, coach and train new and existing handlers to enable further development. Review and monitor cases and ensure targets / KPIs are achieved and conduct 1 to 1 appraisals.
A very competitive salary is on offer plus bonus and benefits. I would be interested to hear from TLs who have gained experience working within a claims department for either an insurer, claims management company, loss adjusters or legal firm.
